How do I uninstall the software?
The software is uninstalled like most other Windows program (Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program). You will be prompted to enter your member password to uninstall the software. Note that Stealth mode must be disabled, if it has been enabled, before the software can be uninstalled.
What if the password doesn’t work during uninstall?
If you have recently changed your password and the computer has not had a chance to update yet, login with the computer online and give it a few minutes to update. If the password has been changed twice since the computer was online last, it may not be able to update. Try using the old password to uninstall it. If you have exceeded the maximum number of password attempts, contact us for assistance.
What if I get an error message during uninstall?
If you have problems after entering your password correctly during uninstall, reboot the computer and try to uninstall the software again. If you continue to have problems after that, contact us for additional options.
